Sweet potato veg chili - an Instapot miracle

 I actually cooked from scratch today. 7 minutes to cook, 10 minutes to depressurize. It tasted great. The hardest part was chopping the sweet potato and opening the cans!

It's finished, and only took 3 months and 3 weeks!

After blocking it grew, which was good, because I wanted the sleeves and body a bit longer. The fabric is very soft and drapey, now, too.
